The Fontenet 1 ground-mounted photovoltaic park, covering an area of ​​22ha, has a power of 12 MWp and supplies the equivalent of 6,900 people with renewable electricity.

The solar park, commissioned in 2014, was built on a former military camp in the town of Fontenet. A sheep breeder now maintains the park.
